Shipping Policy
Sales Taxes
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each Customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
We will accept return of merchandise, all merchandise must be returned in original packaging, will be accepted ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. No merchandise will be accepted without prior approval and a fully completed copy of the Return Authorisation Form which can be obtained from Think Water Adelaide.
Faulty or Incorrect Merchandise
All Products are at the Customer's risk immediately after they leave Think Water Adelaide premises. The Customer is responsible for insuring the Products from then.
If requested, the Customer must pay Think Water Adelaide any costs incurred by Think Water Adelaide as a result of a failure by the Customer to accept a delivery of the Products or for any delay in acceptance of a delivery.
Think Water Adelaide will not under any circumstances be liable for:
- any Damage due to transport, unloading or packaging of Products; or
- damage to property caused by entering premises to deliver the goods.
While Think Water Adelaide will endeavour to meet any agreed delivery timeframes requested by the Customer, Think Water Adelaide is not be liable for any delay.
We will, upon your request in writing, replace any merchandise that is received in a faulty condition or as a result of a picking error. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return said merchandise. Any returned merchandise must include a fully completed copy of the Return Authorisation Form which can be obtained from Think Water Adelaide.
